We suggest booking two to three days ahead. When a car is free we also take same-day requests up to four hours before pick-up within the city.

Yes. Call or write with your booking reference and a manager will amend it. If a new route or vehicle class changes the price, we agree it with you before you travel.

Yes. The class you chose at booking is fixed — it is what your luggage and passenger count were checked against. We cannot substitute another class without your agreement.

Your driver meets you in the arrivals area with a name sign. You get their name, phone number and the car details in advance.

The standard boot takes two large cases (size L) and two pieces of hand luggage. If your luggage is oversized or unusual, tell us when you book.

Yes, certified seats for every age. Tick it when booking and we prepare the cabin before we collect you.

Yes, cats and dogs of any size. We size them by weight and height at the shoulder: S — 3.5–6 kg and 18–20 cm at the shoulder (Chihuahua, Yorkshire Terrier, a house cat); M — 6–15 kg and 20–40 cm (Cocker Spaniel, French Bulldog); L — 15–30 kg and 40–60 cm (Labrador, German Shepherd); XL — over 30 kg and 60 cm or more (Saint Bernard, Central Asian Shepherd). S and M travel in a certified carrier, L and XL in a protective car hammock secured by Isofix. We do not carry snakes, spiders or other exotic animals.

Our drivers watch the checkpoints in real time and can take an alternative route to keep the delay down. Changing the crossing does not increase the price.

Yes, the estimated journey time already includes a typical queue at the chosen crossing. If the queue turns out longer, the price does not change.

Yes, across all of Europe and all of Ukraine. Within Poland the price is fixed in advance. For a trip beyond Poland, a manager contacts you after you book, works out the route and agrees the price and details individually.

You pay after the trip, or when you get into the car. Cash (UAH, EUR, USD), card on the in-car terminal or bank transfer all work.

No. The price is fixed when your booking is confirmed and does not change for traffic, weather or the amount of luggage. There is no prepayment.
