This document explains how Easy Transfer (Republic of Poland) collects, uses, stores and protects your personal data. We follow the European Union's General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR — EU 2016/679) closely and guarantee that your information stays confidential.
Data controller
The controller of your personal data is Easy Transfer, registered under the law of the Republic of Poland. Responsibility for processing and securing the information rests with our company alone.
What we collect
To run the logistics we collect only the necessary minimum:
- Identity and contact details: first name, surname, phone number, email address.
- Trip details: the route, pickup and drop-off addresses, flight numbers, dates and times.
- Company details (for business customers): company name, registered address, tax number (NIP/VAT) for invoicing.
Why we process it
Your data is used for these purposes only:
- Arranging and running the transfer you booked.
- Sending service messages — confirmation vouchers, the driver's contact details, flight status.
- Accounting and tax reporting (VAT invoice).
- Meeting the requirements of European transport law and of insurers.
Sharing with third parties
Easy Transfer never sells personal data and never uses it for third-party marketing. Your information is shared only as far as the service requires:
- With drivers: only your name, contact number and route — no access to financial information.
- With EU public authorities: only in the cases the law provides for, such as a tax inspection or an official request from law enforcement.
Security and retention
We use current encryption protocols (SSL) to protect data in transit. Personal data is kept exactly as long as the transfer contract requires. Financial and reporting documents such as invoices are kept for the period Polish tax law sets — five years as standard.
Your rights under the GDPR
As an EU data subject you have full control over your information:
- The right of access: you may request a copy of everything we hold about you.
- The right to rectification: you may update or correct inaccurate data.
- The right to be forgotten: you may ask us to erase your personal data entirely, unless EU tax law requires us to keep it.
- The right to withdraw consent: you may withdraw it at any time.
Cookies
Our website uses basic cookies so that the booking system works correctly, so that your language choice is remembered, and so that we can watch the site's stability. You can manage cookie settings in your browser.
