This document covers the practical side of running a transfer: the service standards, the rules inside the car, and how the passenger and the Easy Transfer driver work together.
Service standards
The car arrives in faultless mechanical condition and freshly washed, 15 minutes before the agreed time. The driver meets the passenger with a name board (on request) in the arrivals hall or at the hotel entrance. The climate — temperature, fan strength — and the entertainment system are set to the passenger's wishes and nobody else's.
Etiquette and privacy
Every driver keeps to a strict business dress code. We guarantee complete discretion during the trip: the driver does not start conversations beyond what the route requires, and leaves your phone calls and business talk entirely private.
Rules inside the car
To keep the fleet in premium condition, smoking of any kind is strictly forbidden in the car, including e-cigarettes, vapes and heated-tobacco devices. Eating and drinking is not permitted, apart from the bottled water we provide free of charge. If the interior is badly soiled or damaged through the passenger's fault, the customer covers the cost of professional cleaning or repair.
Free waiting time
Waiting is included in the transfer price: up to 60 minutes at airports and railway stations, counted from when the flight actually lands, and up to 15 minutes at other addresses such as hotels and offices. If a flight is delayed, the driver tracks the schedule online and shifts the pickup time at no extra cost.
Luggage policy
The number and size of the cases must fit the capacity of the vehicle class you chose, which is stated at booking. Bulky sports equipment — skis, snowboards, bicycles — pushchairs and oversized cases can only be carried if agreed in advance, so the dispatcher can assign a suitable vehicle such as a minivan.
Travelling with children and pets
European law requires children under 150 cm to travel in a certified child seat or booster. Please give the child's age and weight when you book. Cats and dogs travel according to size: S and M (up to 15 kg) in a certified carrier, L and XL in a protective car hammock secured by Isofix. The animal must be declared when booking. The Carrier does not carry snakes, spiders or other exotic animals.
Route changes and extra stops
Any departure from the agreed route, and any extra stop not in the original booking — picking up another passenger, changing the final address — must be agreed with the driver or with support. The additional distance and any waiting at such stops are charged separately at the company's current rates.
