Route overview
A short run from Chełm (Chelm) to Lublin Airport (LUZ) is about 80 km and takes about 1 hour. The route uses DK12, S12 and S17. You pass Piaski after about 35 minutes and reach Świdnik, where the airport stands, after about 50 minutes, so only a short stretch is left once Piaski is behind you. One car takes you the whole way.
The car collects you from any address in Chełm and takes you to the airport terminal in Świdnik, next to Lublin. This is the route for travellers flying out of Lublin who prefer to arrive without relying on buses. One practical point: the airport is in Świdnik, not in Lublin itself, so plan around that drive time and add a margin before check-in.

Stops along the way
The main advantage of a private transfer is a flexible schedule that fits around you. We plan comfort and coffee breaks every 2–3 hours at large, modern service stations. If you need one, you can always ask the driver for an extra rest stop.
The drive lasts about an hour, so a separate stop is normally not needed. If you want one, the easiest spot is near Piaski, at about 35 minutes. Larger towns on the way along DK12 and S12 offer places to pull over, and the S17 expressway has service areas and large fuel stations.

Luggage policy
How many suitcases fit depends on the vehicle: the capacity of each one is listed on our fleet page. Tell us about your luggage when booking and we will pick a car with enough room for both suitcases and hand luggage.
What to tell us in advance:
Oversized items — skis, a bicycle, a pushchair, a musical instrument or medical equipment. We will choose a vehicle with a suitable boot.
Child car seats:
Certified car seats and boosters for children of any age. Just mention it when booking and we will have the car ready for your arrival.

Travelling with pets (pet-friendly)
Cats and dogs of any size are welcome: S — 3.5–6 kg and 18–20 cm at the shoulder (a chihuahua or a cat), M — 6–15 kg (a French bulldog), L — 15–30 kg (a Labrador), XL — over 30 kg (a St Bernard). S and M pets travel in a certified carrier, L and XL in a protective car hammock with Isofix fastening. The cabin is thoroughly prepared and cleaned after every such trip.
We do not carry snakes, spiders or other exotic animals.
