This guide is for travellers coming the other way: from Kyiv in Ukraine to Rzeszów in Poland. The transfer covers about 750 km and takes roughly 12 h, including a typical border crossing; the real time varies with traffic. The route runs from Kyiv along the M06/E40 through Zhytomyr and Rivne to Lviv, then through the Krakovets crossing to Korczowa and along the A4 motorway.
The car collects you from any address in Kyiv, including Kyiv-Pasazhyrskyi railway station or Boryspil Airport (KBP), and takes you across the border to Rzeszów, so you arrive in Poland without changing vehicles. Rzeszów is a convenient place to continue from: the car can take you to a hotel, Rzeszów Główny station or Rzeszów–Jasionka Airport (RZE), and from there you can travel on by train, plane or onward transfer.
Coming from Ukraine you leave through the Krakovets checkpoint and enter Poland — and the Schengen area — through Korczowa. A private transfer changes how you cross: you stay in one car with one driver, with no walking between checkpoints, no changing buses and no waiting for a connection on the Polish side.
Queues at the border vary by day, season and time of day, so we do not quote waiting times here. Check the live queue information of the border services before you set off. Your driver follows the situation on the day and helps with communication at the checkpoint.
On the Polish side, border officers carry out the entry checks. They may ask about the purpose of your trip and where you will stay, so keep that information and your documents within easy reach. Once through, the car joins the A4 motorway straight away.
The main advantage of a private transfer is a flexible schedule that fits around you. We plan comfort and coffee breaks every 2–3 hours at large, modern service stations. If you need one, you can always ask the driver for an extra rest stop.
At about 750 km this is a full-day journey, so we plan several breaks rather than one — for example in the Lviv, Rivne and Zhytomyr area on the Ukrainian side and at the service stations on the A4 on the Polish side.
Our vehicles offer a quiet cabin, reliable climate control and the option to charge your devices on the move.
How many suitcases fit depends on the vehicle: the capacity of each one is listed on our fleet page. Tell us about your luggage when booking and we will pick a car with enough room for both suitcases and hand luggage.
What to tell us in advance:
Oversized items — skis, a bicycle, a pushchair, a musical instrument or medical equipment. We will choose a vehicle with a suitable boot.
Child car seats:
Certified car seats and boosters for children of any age. Just mention it when booking and we will have the car ready for your arrival.
Entry and exit rules can change at short notice and depend on your citizenship and the purpose of your trip, so check the current rules before you travel, using the official information of the Polish and Ukrainian border services.
Keep your documents in hand luggage rather than in the boot, so you can show them quickly when asked. If children are travelling with you, find out in advance what is required for travelling with minors.
Before you travel, make sure you have checked:
Book on this website: choose the Kyiv–Rzeszów route and enter the pickup and drop-off addresses, the date and time and the number of passengers. Pickup is available around the clock on request.
Mention your luggage, any oversized items and child seats when booking, so we can send a suitable car.
When booking, have ready:
The essentials in brief. The rest of the answers are on the FAQ page.
The distance is about 750 km and the ride usually takes 12 h. Traffic and, on cross-border routes, the queue at the checkpoint can change that, so the driver leaves with a margin for your flight or train.
The price is worked out for your route, car and party and fixed when the booking is confirmed. After that, traffic, detours, weather or the number of suitcases do not change it. No prepayment: you pay after the ride.
At any address: home, hotel, station or airport. At the airport the driver waits in arrivals with a name sign and tracks your flight; waiting after landing has no time limit and is free.
Yes, transfers run around the clock. For early flights book in advance — the driver arrives at the agreed time.
Child seats and boosters are free — give the child's age when booking. Luggage depends on the car: each car's capacity is listed in the fleet, and the minivan takes large luggage.
Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before pickup. Cancel in your account or by messaging the dispatcher.
