Route overview
The drive from Łódź to Chełm (Chelm) takes about 3 hours 30 minutes over about 380 km. First comes the A2 motorway, then the S2 and S17 lead to Garwolin, and the S12 brings the car in via Lublin to Chełm. The passenger stays in one car the whole way, with no stops to switch between kinds of transport.
We pick the passenger up at an address in Łódź and deliver them to an address in Chełm. People returning to Chełm, or visiting relatives there, tend to choose it. Practically: Garwolin goes by after about 1 hour 40 minutes and Lublin after about 2 hours 40 minutes, leaving under an hour to Chełm, so you can warn whoever is waiting well in advance.

Stops along the way
The main advantage of a private transfer is a flexible schedule that fits around you. We plan comfort and coffee breaks every 2–3 hours at large, modern service stations. If you need one, you can always ask the driver for an extra rest stop.
Garwolin, at about 1 hour 40 minutes, falls around the middle of the journey, which makes it the natural point for a coffee stop. The A2 motorway and the S17 expressway have service areas and large fuel stations, so finding a place to pause is easy.

Luggage policy
How many suitcases fit depends on the vehicle: the capacity of each one is listed on our fleet page. Tell us about your luggage when booking and we will pick a car with enough room for both suitcases and hand luggage.
What to tell us in advance:
Oversized items — skis, a bicycle, a pushchair, a musical instrument or medical equipment. We will choose a vehicle with a suitable boot.
Child car seats:
Certified car seats and boosters for children of any age. Just mention it when booking and we will have the car ready for your arrival.

Travelling with pets (pet-friendly)
Cats and dogs of any size are welcome: S — 3.5–6 kg and 18–20 cm at the shoulder (a chihuahua or a cat), M — 6–15 kg (a French bulldog), L — 15–30 kg (a Labrador), XL — over 30 kg (a St Bernard). S and M pets travel in a certified carrier, L and XL in a protective car hammock with Isofix fastening. The cabin is thoroughly prepared and cleaned after every such trip.
We do not carry snakes, spiders or other exotic animals.
