Route overview

The Rzeszów–Ternopil transfer covers about 350 km and takes roughly 6 h 30 min, including a typical border crossing; the real time varies with traffic. The route follows the A4 motorway to Korczowa, the Krakovets crossing, then past Lviv and east to Ternopil.

The car picks you up from any address in Rzeszów, including Rzeszów Główny station or Rzeszów–Jasionka Airport (RZE), and takes you to the address you give in Ternopil. The whole journey, from the Polish side to the Ukrainian side, is made in the same vehicle with the same driver.

02

Border crossing: Korczowa–Krakovets

The route crosses the Polish–Ukrainian border at the Korczowa (Poland) and Krakovets (Ukraine) checkpoint. A private transfer changes how you cross: you stay in one car with one driver, with no walking between checkpoints, no changing buses and no waiting for a connection on the other side.

Queues at the border vary by day, season and time of day, so we do not quote waiting times here. Check the live queue information of the border services before you set off. Your driver follows the situation on the day and helps with communication at the checkpoint.

Border officers decide what is checked and how. Follow their instructions and keep your documents within easy reach.

03

Stops along the way

The main advantage of a private transfer is a flexible schedule that fits around you. We plan comfort and coffee breaks every 2–3 hours at large, modern service stations. If you need one, you can always ask the driver for an extra rest stop.

It is a long drive, so we plan at least one break — usually in the Lviv area on the Ukrainian side or at a service station on the A4 on the Polish side — where there are cafés and toilets.

Our vehicles offer a quiet cabin, reliable climate control and the option to charge your devices on the move.

04

Luggage policy

How many suitcases fit depends on the vehicle: the capacity of each one is listed on our fleet page. Tell us about your luggage when booking and we will pick a car with enough room for both suitcases and hand luggage.

What to tell us in advance:

Oversized items — skis, a bicycle, a pushchair, a musical instrument or medical equipment. We will choose a vehicle with a suitable boot.

Child car seats:

Certified car seats and boosters for children of any age. Just mention it when booking and we will have the car ready for your arrival.

05

Documents

Entry and exit rules can change at short notice and depend on your citizenship and the purpose of your trip, so check the current rules before you travel, using the official information of the Polish and Ukrainian border services.

Keep your documents in hand luggage rather than in the boot, so you can show them quickly when asked. If children are travelling with you, find out in advance what is required for travelling with minors.

Before you travel, make sure you have checked:

  • A valid passport or other travel document accepted for the crossing
  • Any visa, permit or other document that applies to you
  • Documents for children travelling with you, if any

Rzeszów to Ternopil transfer: frequent questions

The essentials in brief. The rest of the answers are on the FAQ page.

All questions

The distance is about 350 km and the ride usually takes 6 h 30 min. Traffic and, on cross-border routes, the queue at the checkpoint can change that, so the driver leaves with a margin for your flight or train.

The price is worked out for your route, car and party and fixed when the booking is confirmed. After that, traffic, detours, weather or the number of suitcases do not change it. No prepayment: you pay after the ride.

At any address: home, hotel, station or airport. At the airport the driver waits in arrivals with a name sign and tracks your flight; waiting after landing has no time limit and is free.

Yes, transfers run around the clock. For early flights book in advance — the driver arrives at the agreed time.

Child seats and boosters are free — give the child's age when booking. Luggage depends on the car: each car's capacity is listed in the fleet, and the minivan takes large luggage.

Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before pickup. Cancel in your account or by messaging the dispatcher.
