Transfer Warsaw — Lviv

The Warsaw–Lviv transfer covers about 400 km and takes about 7 h 30 min including a typical border crossing. The car runs from Warsaw to Lublin and Zamość, on to Hrebenne, crosses at Hrebenne–Rava-Ruska and continues through Rava-Ruska to Lviv.

The car picks you up from any address in Warsaw, including Warsaw Chopin Airport (WAW) or Warszawa Centralna station, and takes you to the address you choose in Lviv. The border crossing is Hrebenne–Rava-Ruska (Hrebenne on the Polish side, Rava-Ruska on the Ukrainian side).

On this route the border is crossed at Hrebenne–Rava-Ruska. The same car and the same driver take you from the Polish side to the Ukrainian side, so you do not have to walk across, find a taxi on the other side or wait for a connecting vehicle.

A private transfer does not make the border faster or slower by itself: waiting time depends on the day, the season and the checks, and it varies. Check the live queue information published by the border services before departure; if the situation changes, tell the driver and discuss the options.

Keep your travel documents within reach for the checks and follow the instructions of the border officers.

The main advantage of a private transfer is a flexible schedule that fits around you. We plan comfort and coffee breaks every 2–3 hours at large, modern service stations. If you need one, you can always ask the driver for an extra rest stop.

Lublin and Zamość are natural places for breaks, with large service stations and cafés on the way. We plan at least one break on the Polish side before the border.

Rules for entering Ukraine and for leaving Poland change from time to time and depend on your situation, so please check the current requirements with the official sources before you travel. Keep passports and any other documents you may be asked for in your hand luggage, not in the boot. For children travelling without both parents, check the current requirements in advance.

How many suitcases fit depends on the vehicle: the capacity of each one is listed on our fleet page. Tell us about your luggage when booking and we will pick a car with enough room for both suitcases and hand luggage.

We carry pets of two sizes: S — about 3.5–6 kg and 18–20 cm tall (a Chihuahua, a Yorkshire Terrier, a house cat) and M — 6–15 kg and 20–40 cm tall (a Cocker Spaniel, a French Bulldog). The animal must stay in a carrier for the whole trip.

We do not carry large dogs — size L (15–30 kg) and larger — nor snakes, spiders or other exotic animals.

If you are crossing the border with your pet, check its documents and the current rules in advance: a pet passport, a microchip and a valid rabies vaccination.

So the driver can prepare the cabin, please let us know when booking:

• Your pet's size — S or M.
• How many pets are travelling with you.
